If there are 3 apples for every 7 bananas, and there are 49 bananas how many apples are there?

Extra: can you write the final answer as a fraction?

  3. 49 divided by 7 is 7, 3 times 7 is 21, so the fraction would be 21/70 apples, and 49/70 bananas
