Math Ratio Question

Joe was looking through his cards and he was wondering what the ratio of the red cards to the
black cards were. Joe had 21 red cards, and he had 3 black cards.
What is the ratio of red cards to black?

    3x7=21 so the ratio from red cards to black is 7:1
